Where are the Digital Experience and refillable test strip plans available?

The Glucose Buddy Digital Experience and test strips plans are only available in the US at this time.

How do I cancel my plan?

If you wish to cancel, email us at support@glucosebuddy.com at least 72 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being billed for the next cycle. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 30-day period. You will not incur additional charges. If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your annual period. Your annual subscription will not renew, and you will not incur additional charges.

Can I pause my plan?

We cannot pause your plan for you. But you cancel for the time being, and re-subscribe when you are ready to resume your plan. To cancel your plan, email us at support@glucosebuddy.com

How do I do a return?

If you are not satisfied with your Glucose Buddy glucose meter from glucose buddy.com for any reason, please contact support@glucosebuddy.com within 30 days of your order. Full refunds are available for unopened glucose meters and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

What does unlimited test strips mean?

It means you’ll get as many test strips as you need, delivered right to your door. All you need to do is sync your Glucose Buddy meter to the app at least once a day.

For unlimited plan - How do you know when I'll need more test strips?

It's based on measurements synced from the meter to the app. So to ensure that you get more test strips when you need them, make sure your meter is synced to the app every day.
